Federal Law No. (3) Of 1987 as amended shall apply to all crimes and penalties, and any other text conflicting with its provisions shall be abrogated.
The provisions of the Islamic Sharia shall apply to the crimes of doctrinal punishment, punitive sanctions, and blood money. Crimes and reprehensive sanctions shall be specified in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 3 of 1987 and the other penal laws.
No one shall be answerable for a crime committed by another, and the accused shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
